Explore the landscape of large-scale change and map the pathways to a future new world in an intense, hands-on, unprecedented workshop with Don Beck and John Petersen.

Here's your chance to spend two days working together with two of the world's leading thinkers on global change to tackle some of the biggest questions related to transitioning to a new world.

Humanity is seeing the growing stress fractures of a global system undergoing extraordinary, historic change. Social systems are surfacing extreme responses to unprecedented threats to the status quo. Titanic shifts in the global financial, climate and energy systems all seem to be conspiring to undermine the effectiveness of almost every historical - and familiar - approach to living on this planet.

This workshop is an unequalled opportunity to learn about the options, potentials, processes, and possibilities related to large scale change. It's a chance to understand the landscape of change and build a roadmap that can take you through the coming years.

Our objective: to explore alternative approaches from both social and systems perspectives to the fundamental structural considerations relating to the most profound event of our lifetime.

What you'll gain: An unparalleled, intimate understanding of the architecture of global transition, what might happen, and what you can do to assure that you not only prepare yourself for the change but enable yourself to positively and substantially contribute to the transition.

This workshop is about preparing the members of the team that will take part in building the new world that is on our horizon.

Your leaders:
Don Beck, PhD. of Spiral Dynamics Integral, is the Founder of the Global Centers for Human Emergence, Owner and CEO of The Spiral Dynamics Group, Inc., Founder and CEO of The Institute for Values and Culture, and Cofounder of The National Values Center.

Dr. Beck has been developing, implementing, and teaching the theory and methodology of Spiral Dynamics¨ for more than three decades. He has elaborated upon the work of his mentor, Dr. Clare W. Graves, to develop a multidimensional model for understanding the evolutionary transformation of human values and cultures. He employs the Spiral Dynamics model to effect large-scale systems change in and among various sectors and societies of the world. He is the author of Spiral Dynamics: Mastering Values, Leadership & Change, written with Christopher Cowan in 1996.

John L. Petersen, founder of The Arlington Institute, author of A Vision for 2012: Planning for Extraordinary Change and editor of the acclaimed e-newsletter FUTUREdition. Unlike any other futurist, John has studied the possible global futures on our horizon and the underlying dynamics of how they might evolve and is actively engaged in understanding humanity's role in the extraordinary transition that we all will experience in the coming years. He is particularly interested in the big surprise events that could emerge from this unprecedented shift and how individuals might actively co-create and manifest the new world that is certain to evolve.
